1. Read 2 Corinthians 10:5, Psalm 19:14, Romans 8:6 and Colossians 3:2. What power do we have over our thoughts?
2. Read Galatians 6:2, Matthew 18:20, and James 5:16. What power do Biblical friendships have to combat worry? What step could you take into deeper community? Perhaps meet with a prayer partner or mentor or join a group at MCC...
3. How are you caring for your body? Read Mark 12:30, taking time to think about how your heart, soul, mind, and body are all to love and honor the Lord.
4. Read 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. What does your body need: more rest (prioritize Sabbath, silence, solitude, and prayer), more exercise (perhaps commit to taking a 20 minute prayer walk every day!), or healthier food and portions (read Phillippians 3:19)?
