Interim Lead Pastor and Interviews

As Pastor Phil shared recently, he has officially transitioned from his role as Lead Pastor to serve as our Teaching Pastor. We are incredibly grateful for his continued ministry among us in this new capacity. During this transition season, Rick Dostal has graciously stepped in to help lead our staff and church body. Rick is currently serving as our Interim Lead Pastor, in addition to his ongoing role as one of our Elders.

On behalf of the Lead Pastor Calling Committee, here is a brief update on our search process. We've continued conducting initial interviews with candidates and remain in the early stages of discernment. We’re encouraged by the conversations taking place and are prayerfully seeking God's wisdom and guidance. We'll continue providing updates through the MCC Weekly email, monthly Sunday morning updates, and the MCC App.
