Love Like Jesus

On June 13, MCC is partnering with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an amazing local organization that builds and delivers beds for children and families who do not have one. Right here in our own community, we know there are kids sleeping on couches, air mattresses, and even floors because their families cannot afford a bed.

We are going to be building 100 bed frames right here in our parking lot. Leading up to that day, we will be launching a new bedding drive to provide 100 brand-new bedding sets to go with these new beds. Register to help out below!

From donating needed supplies to food pantries to building houses for our local neighbors, we strive to LOVE like Jesus by meeting the tangible, felt needs of our neighbors so that transformation can take place in their hearts and lives.

We believe that God has uniquely called and equipped us to focus our attention and resources into four areas that collectively serve our neighbors in a holistic way because the Gospel is not just about personal salvation but about bringing holistic transformation, healing, and thriving into every life, family, neighborhood, and city.

Hunger affects every area of a person’s life, so we providing meals and resources to four area food pantries that are helping families fight food insecurity, because no one should go hungry.If you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness. – Isaiah 58:10 

Strong families are the backbone of thriving communities. So, we support families through life’s challenges with practical help and hope.
