Dine with Nine is a simple way to connect with others from MCC over a meal or dessert. Our goal? To help a big church feel small by providing opportunities for informal connection.

Griefshare
Every Wednesday – August 13 • 6:30 – 8PM • Rm 29
Have you lost a loved one? Don’t journey this hard season alone. MCC’s Griefshare is lead by a team of facilitators that have journeyed through their own losses and want to come alongside you as you walk through one of life’s most difficult experiences.

MCC Young Adults Kick-off
June 10 • 6:30 – 8:30PM • Student Center
Join us on the lower level of the student center (enter through door six at the back right) for food, games, connection, and a look at the vision for the re-launch of MCC Young Adults. Wear tennis shoes if you plan to join in active games – there will be something for everyone! We will continue to meet on Tuesdays throughout the summer. To get connected, email us or just come by!

Building Hope
June 13 • 9AM – 2PM • MCC Campus

Help construct home frames for families impacted by natural disasters – no experience needed. It’s a great way for families and friends to serve together.
On Friday, we prep the wood and on Saturday, we build frames to rebuild lives.
MCC partners with CitiIMPACT in this effort.

Baptisms are held during the 9:30AM and 11AM services. After you register, a deacon will reach out to help you prepare and answer any questions.

Monthly Prayer Gathering

Join us on the 3rd Thursday of every month for a time to pray for our church, our community, and our world.
We also encourage those who would like specific prayer for themselves or their family to join us.

Have you been thinking about becoming a member? Now is your opportunity! Junior and Senior High students are welcome to attend and become members. Voting privileges take effect when the member turns 18.

Vacation Bible School
June 23 – 27, 2025 • 9AM – 12PM
Join us this summer where kids will discover that Jesus is our true north! VBS is for kids entering kindergarten through 6th grade, Kids who have completed 6th grade can step into Leaders in Training (L.I.T.)!

Cancer Support Group
June 27 • 4 – 5PM • Home Life Center
Join us for an informal gathering for cancer patients and their caregivers on the 4th Friday of every month. We’ll share stories, offer encouragement, exchange helpful ideas, and pray for each other. If you’d like to be a part of this group, please reach out to Mary Deppert.

2025 student mission trip
July 21 – 24 • Charleston, WV
We will be traveling back to West Virginia this year and partnering with several organizations. There will be a meeting with registered students/parents later this spring/early summer with the detailed itinerary/student expectations.

NICARAGUA Impact trip
July 24 – 30
Join us in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, as we partner with Rayo de Sol to bring hope and transformation to a region where over 70% live in poverty. Through service, you’ll make a real impact while deepening your own faith. This mission is a journey of building relationships, sharing Jesus, and experiencing transformation together.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Impact trip
October 11 – 18 • Register by July 1
In Jarabacoa, DR, you’ll help improve students’ learning environments through work projects prepared by the school. You’ll also build relationships by assisting in classrooms, attending student gatherings, and celebrating capstone projects that focus on improving life. You’ll worship with local believers, share meals with students’ families, and serve the surrounding community.

BELGIUM Impact trip
October 29 – November 6 • Register by July 1
Join us in Namur as we serve with David and Angie Ebensberger (former MCC Worship Pastor/Team Member) through their church plant and arts-outreach center. We’ll prayer-walk the city and invite people to events like music lessons, an English club, art expos, and open mic nights. You’ll also experience a local church service and enjoy a day trip.
